Diabetic Foot Screening Workshop, 3rd July 2024 - DUET diabetes in collaboration with Suffolk Care Association
Diabetic foot checks are part of the regular ‘care processes’ everyone living with diabetes should receive.
Help people living with diabetes to avoid potential foot related problems by educating them and by
ensuring that you are following current guidelines and best practice…
learn or improve/refresh your skills and maintain your confidence!
This workshop is for all practitioners working for healthcare or social care providers (whether
in registered or non-registered roles) who are involved in examining the feet of people with
diabetes. Using NICE guidance as a framework the workshop aims to equip the learner with
the knowledge and skills to competently examine and screen the diabetic foot for potential
and actual problems.
It’s not just the theory! In an interactive and safe learning environment, you will be putting
your new knowledge into practice.
